I and my partner were responsible for main 2 programs which are "Clear Sky with No Air Pollution" (mainly talk about local environments and environmental news) and "Tonight Radio" (mainly talk about 80's-90's Thai songs along with useful stories for local audiences).
In addition to 2 programs, we were in charge of writing news everyday and we had to went out to places where situations occurred like local conferences, the opening of specific events, so we did see and make an interview with government officers every week. Moreover, I met our real audiences at every place we went even the Karen community because Maehongson is a small province where most of people still listen to radio.
It was a short period, around 1 month, but I really appreciated every minute I had with Maehongson people and such a beautiful province like this.
This is one of my favorite experiences as a media student. It was very challenging to work in Maehongson where mostly residents are usually listen to FM.Radio. I learned to create content which relevant to our audiences and had to be responsible for every messages communicated from me, moreover, I received real feedback from listeners that was very heartfelt for me as an intern. I have to say that this is a great rarely opportunity which I really don't know when I will have this kind of work again.
